I recently spent one night in a King Room Low Floor. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff greeted me warmly. The room exceeded my expectations. it was clean, modern, with a spacious bathroom that had a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. The bed offered exceptional comfort, making for a great night's sleep. The gym had plenty of equipment, and I enjoyed using the indoor pool. The shuttle service to the airport was quick and reliable, with buses arriving every 30 minutes. However, I faced an issue with the water pressure during my stay. I called for assistance, but it took longer than expected to resolve. Additionally, I found the location less convenient for dining options outside the hotel. Though the on-site restaurant had reasonable prices, there weren't many nearby eateries to choose from. Despite these minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and appreciated the friendly staff. I'd definitely consider staying again, especially for the convenience to the airport and the lovely amenities.

Staff is super friendly. Shuttle service is punctual. The gym is great with lots of equipment. Parking is a bit tricky, hard to find a spot late at night.

We arrived about six hours before check-in, and they graciously let us settle in early. We enjoyed a late check-out too! The pool area was super relaxing, and we loved unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, the credit card processing had a little hiccup, but it all got sorted out in the end. 😊

the westin made our stay super easy from the start! the shuttle service was prompt and we loved the beautiful view close to the airport. staff were incredibly friendly, which made a big difference. plus, the gym was fantastic, with lots of equipment and a pool to unwind.

Super comfy stay close to the airport

Just a quick stay here, but wow! Check-in at 1 am was super smooth. Room 1219 was spacious, and that king bed? So comfy! Breakfast at the Apron was bomb, loved the West Coast Eggs Benedict. Only thing is, I wish there were more dining options nearby. Overall, happy with my stay!

The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport features elegant decor and spacious common areas. The accessibility for seniors is excellent, with well-placed elevators and wide hallways, making it easy to navigate around the hotel.

More clear signage for senior guests would be helpful.

the friendly staff truly made my stay enjoyable and the hotel’s proximity to the apron and Golden Szechuan Restaurant was perfect for quick meals after a day of exploring, allowing me to soak in the local culture without hassle.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and modern, with a really nice bathroom. The beds were comfy, and I liked how the space was set up. Only thing was the carpet had a bit of a musty smell, which wasn’t great. Otherwise, it was a solid stay!
